System or database violations
The use of any action or device, software, or other means tending to interfere in the activities and operations of UWC Buenos Aires is prohibited. Any user / visitor interfering with, violating or infringing the laws of intellectual property rights and / or activities prohibited by this agreement shall be held liable and subject to appropriate legal action and penalties under this agreement and will be held responsible for compensating the damage.
Penalties – Suspension of operations
Without prejudice to other measures, UWC Buenos Aires may suspend or temporarily or permanently disable the account of a user or publication and initiate actions deemed appropriate in the case of (a) infringement of any law or Terms and Conditions; (b) breach of commitments as a Member; (c) in the opinion of UWC Buenos Aires the user/visitor has incurred in malicious conduct or fraudulent acts; (c) inability to identify the IP address of the user or any information provided by the same.
System failures
UWC Buenos Aires is not responsible for any damage, harm or loss to the User / Visitor caused by flaws in the system, server or the Internet. UWC Buenos Aires will not be responsible for any virus that may infect the user’s computer as a result of access, use or examination of its website or upon any transfer of data, files, images, text, or audio contained therein. Users can not impute any responsibility or demand payment for lost profits, under loss resulting from technical difficulties or failures in the systems or the Internet. UWC of Buenos Aires does not guarantee uninterrupted and continued access or use of linked sites. The system may occasionally be unavailable due to technical difficulties or Internet failures, or any other circumstance beyond the competence of UWC of Buenos Aires; in such cases it will seek to restore the system/connection as quickly as possible and without fault. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute arising under this agreement, its existence, validity, interpretation, scope or compliance will be submitted to arbitration by the Business Center of Mediation and Arbitration, in accordance with existing regulations of the court. The seat of the arbitration shall be the City of Buenos Aires and procedures will be conducted in the Spanish language.
