Spanish Thru Experience: Astrology

Our group met on May 28that María Rosa Braile’s home for a talk on Astrology by María Rosa, who has studied astrology for the past ten years  and guest speaker Lic. Osvaldo Vartanian, an expert in Astrology and the interpretation of Natal Charts. Astrology is based on astronomical observation but it is not a science; it is an outlook on reality. Each zodiac sign is governed by one planet. The planets conform archetypes, potent psychic images which are related to an energy within us.  Thus, astrology develops the conscience of our energies, which includes taking into account the influence of the four “elements:” fire, water, earth and air. The talk concluded with the reading of  the Natal Chart of our group’s chair, Shaké Balian.
